The Sites are operated by Teaching Talking Ltd, registered in Ireland with a registered office at Tirhugh Resource Centre, The Mall, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, Ireland.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resources you have purchased or accessed via membership solely for your own personal or professional use. You must not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute our digital resources.

  • Use our resources for any commercial purpose beyond personal or direct client use without prior permission.

5. Membership Accounts

If you create an account with us:

  • You must keep your login credentials confidential.

  • You must not allow others to use your account.

  • You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases and memberships are licensed to a single individual user only. Resources must not be shared, redistributed, or made available to others outside of your personal use.

If you wish to purchase a licence that covers multiple users, such as for a school, clinic, or district, please contact us at support@teachingtalking.com to arrange a group licensing agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms or our Membership Rules.

6. Disclaimer

The information, resources, and materials provided on the Sites are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, clinical, or legal advice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information but give no warranty or guarantee that the content on our Sites is accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Use of any information or materials is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
